Cancellation Policy

At The Brow Atelier, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure fairness and efficiency for our artists and guests, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

1. Notice Period

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.

2. Late Cancellation & No‑Show Fees

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file. In the event of a no‑show — where no communication is received and the appointment is missed — the full service amount may be charged. These fees compensate our artists for the time reserved exclusively for you.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can modify your appointment by calling us at (424) 335-8271, emailing [email protected], or using the link in your confirmation email. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer, and it will be timestamped as your official notice.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no‑show and the full service fee could apply. We always do our best to accommodate you fully, but out of respect for other clients, this guideline is strictly followed.

5. Package & Membership Cancellations

Monthly Maintenance Members can pause or cancel their membership with a 7‑day notice before the next billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over, and refunds for partially used months are not provided. For pre‑paid packages, the cancellation policy applies to each scheduled session individually.

6. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you have a medical emergency or unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation fee are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis at the discretion of management.
