Refund Policy

At The Brow Atelier, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We take immense pride in our artistry and stand behind every service we provide. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review the guidelines below.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 48‑hour satisfaction guarantee on all brow and lash services. If you are unhappy with the result of your treatment, please contact us within two days of your appointment. We will invite you back to the studio for a complimentary adjustment, performed by the same artist or a senior team member, to address your concerns. No refund will be issued if the adjustment resolves the issue to your satisfaction.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

Refunds are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and are typically issued only when a service cannot be corrected or was not performed as agreed. Circumstances that may warrant a full or partial refund include:

  • A technical error during the service that led to an objectively unsatisfactory result
  • An allergic reaction directly caused by a product used (patch test documentation may be required)
  • Double‑booking or studio error that prevented your service from being completed

Refunds will not be provided for disappointment with a service outcome if the artist followed the agreed‑upon consultation plan and the result falls within normal, expected parameters for that treatment. Brow and lash results vary based on natural hair type, aftercare, and individual response.

3. Product & Gift Card Refunds

Retail products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional packages and memberships are non‑refundable but may be transferable with written notice.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email [email protected] with your full name, appointment date, and a brief description of your concern. We may ask you to provide photos or to visit the studio for an in‑person assessment. All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

By booking a service with The Brow Atelier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
